smart super-heterodyne ESM (Electronic Surveillance Measure) systems for hostile identification. The ESM systems can cover the frequency range from UHF to millimeter waves in several configurations, either fast
acquisition broadband or ultra high sensitivity narrowband ones. The broadband systems are based on IFM techniques for fast frequency measurement. Also high-speed A/D converters and DFT (Discrete Fast Fourier
Transforms) implemented on DSP or FPGA cores, give the system the capability to acquire the target identity very fast. Critical factors
such radar microwave frequency, pulse width, pulse repetition frequency are measured in a few tenths of microseconds. The system's software is developed in house with novel algorithms that enable an even faster system
